Morning Routine for Positivity

Mornings are one of the most vital time of the day. To an extent it depends on your morning routine, how your day will turn out to be. Here are a few practices I highly recommend to follow in the morning:


1. Meditation

When you meditate and give complete time to your body and mind without any disturbance, then you gain control over yourself and slowly do not let external forces affect you easily.

Time: 15 to 20 minutes


2. Exercise

Exercise releases Endorphins and that makes YOU happy! What better reason to do it and start your day with happiness.


3.Gratitude

Maintaining gratitude journal or practicing gratitude on a daily basis. If you give little gratitude, then your life will change a little. If you give more gratitude, then your life will change more. I would suggest you to write 100 reasons a day to be grateful for.


4.Avoid negativity

By that I mean avoid reading newspapers in the first hour as there are many negative new and you don't want that immediately in the morning.
